About Yansa

Person with long brown hair and glasses against a purple background.

Hi, I’m Laura - founder of Yansa Business Support, neurodivergent-friendly virtual assistant and fellow human doing business differently.

I have a vision to build a team big enough to support as many business owners as I possibly can; business owners who are brilliant, creative, and capable people who are drowning in admin, missing deadlines, and burning out - not because they aren’t trying hard enough, but because the systems just aren’t built for their brains.

I’ve worked with business owners with ADHD, autistic entrepreneurs, spoonies, creatives, and big-hearted small business owners who need more than a VA who just "gets things done." They need someone who gets *them*.

I now have a small team that I have built in order to support more people, as I quickly realised this business is bigger than just me! We bring structure without pressure, support without micromanaging, and calm without judgement. Whether you need help starting your day, clearing your inbox, or finally launching that offer you’ve been sitting on for six months - we’re here to hold the bits that feel heavy.

A few things about me:

Based in Pembrokeshire, Wales UK

Neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed

Runs on mint tea and scandal podcasts

Special interest in systems that make life easier (but still friendly to brains)

Believes support should feel safe, collaborative, and human

What You Can Expect

Compassionate communication – Whether you prefer voice notes, bullet points, or emojis

Adaptable structure - Flexible systems that fit *your* flow, not a one-size-fits-all model

Zero shame - We’ll never judge you for being “behind,” “messy,” or overwhelmed. We start from *here*, and move forward together.

Let’s make your business feel lighter, calmer, and more aligned with how *you* work best.
